We are seeking a dedicated Municipal and School Attorney with 1+ years of experience to join our client's legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in municipal and school law, providing legal counsel to local governments, school districts, and public entities on a wide range of issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on matters related to municipal and school law, including governance, compliance, and policy development.
  • Draft ordinances, policies, contracts, and other legal documents in municipal and school law matters.
  • Represent municipalities and school districts in litigation, administrative hearings, and negotiations.
  • Conduct legal research and provide guidance on public finance, employment issues, and regulatory compliance under municipal and school law.
  • Attend board meetings and provide counsel on legal issues affecting local governments and school districts in accordance with municipal and school law.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience practicing municipal and school law.
  • Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple legal matters for municipalities and school districts.
  • Excellent client communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Licensed to practice law in the state.
