Job Title: Project Manager – Luxury Residential Construction

Position Overview:
The Project Manager will oversee all aspects of luxury residential remodeling projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. This role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as a deep understanding of high-end residential construction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage luxury residential projects from pre-construction through final completion.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project goals are met.
- Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
- Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to quality standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and workmanship.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure project milestones are met.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in luxury residential construction, with a strong focus on remodeling projects.
- Proven track record of managing high-end residential projects ranging from $500K to $6M.
- Exceptional knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
- Strong financial management skills, including budget creation, cost control, and forecasting.
- Proficiency with construction management software, such as Procore, Buildertrend, or similar platforms.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
