Ideal candidates bring strong operations and people-management experience, with agronomy knowledge preferred. Must be able to lead, coach, plan strategically, and maintain high safety and service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Support customer service and resolve issues professionally
Manage seasonal inventory planning and product movement
Ensure equipment maintenance and facility upkeep
Coordinate logistics and collaborate across departments
Lead and develop staff; delegate effectively
Maintain safety compliance and assist with incident review
Agriculture/agronomy background preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to manage customer and vendor relationships,
Mechanical/equipment familiarity
Valid driver’s license, and willingness to obtain a Class A CDL with HazMat endorsement.
