About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate, experienced, and mission-driven In-Home Care Program Director to oversee our in-home care services across multiple locations. This leadership role reports directly to the CEO and plays a key part in ensuring high-quality care, regulatory compliance, staff development, and operational excellence within our home care program.
Key Responsibilities: Program Oversight & Compliance
Ensure contractual and regulatory compliance with all in-home care services.
Oversee quality of care delivery and documentation practices.
Prepare for and lead state audits, AAA monitoring, and agency reporting.
Team Leadership & Development
Supervise and support a team of In-Home Care Supervisors.
Manage hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staffing plans.
Conduct regular staff meetings and foster a culture of accountability and care.
Client Care & Service Quality
Monitor client intakes, care plans, and caregiver-client matches.
Maintain accurate records and ensure HIPAA/privacy compliance.
Respond to grievances, concerns, and service improvement feedback.
Administrative Duties
Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Compliance departments.
Participate in union matters and collective bargaining, as needed.
Prepare reports, attend legislative and partner agency meetings, and help develop policies, training, and marketing strategies.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Public or Business Administration, Social Work, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
5+ years of supervisory or program management experience in home health, long-term care, or community-based care.
Strong understanding of state regulations and quality assurance in care delivery.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and care management software.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Valid WA state driver’s license and current auto insurance.
Able to pass background and reference checks.
