Required Qualifications:
- Licensed to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
- At least 3 years of experience in insurance defense or insurance coverage.
- In-depth understanding of insurance law and litigation practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in various insurance defense matters, such as personal injury, auto accidents, property damage, and commercial liability.
- Conduct legal research, and prepare pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
- Attend hearings, depositions, and trials as needed.
- Negotiate settlements and provide strategic legal advice to clients.
- Manage a caseload, meeting deadlines and expectations in a fast-paced setting.
- Work closely with clients, adjusters, and team members to deliver successful outcomes.
