Job Title: OB/GYN Physician – Health & Wellness

About the Role

We are a growing, integrative health and wellness practice seeking a compassionate and experienced OB/GYN Physician to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a provider passionate about comprehensive, patient-centered care — with a focus on perimenopause, menopause, hormone replacement therapy (HRT), laser treatments, wellness, and weight management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide full-scope OB/GYN care, including office procedures and in-office surgeries

  • Diagnose and manage both complex and routine gynecologic conditions

  • Develop and manage individualized HRT plans for perimenopausal and menopausal patients

  • Administer or supervise advanced gynecologic and aesthetic laser treatments

  • Collaborate with patients on wellness, lifestyle, and weight management strategies

  • Interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostics to formulate evidence-based care plans

  • Educate patients on preventive care, wellness, and long-term health maintenance

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation using EMR

  • Stay current with clinical best practices through ongoing professional development

Qualifications

  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology

  • Minimum 2 years of post-residency clinical experience in OB/GYN

  • Strong interest or experience in:

    • Menopause and HRT management

    • Advanced gynecologic or aesthetic laser treatments

    • Wellness-based or medical weight loss programs

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Passion for holistic, patient-centered care
