Associate

Our client is seeking a litigation associate to work on a broad array of litigation matters in their insurance defense group. This position is in-office 4 days a week with a set WFH day. They have a great culture, a fun group to work with, and competitive pay.

Requirements:

• 1-10 years of insurance defense litigation experience
• Strongly prefer experience in CVA litigation
• Substantive litigation experience (including court appearances, oral arguments, and depositions)
• Experience in labor & employment law, construction defense, or general liability 
• License to practice law in the state of New York
• Fast-learner with the ability multi-task

Salary: $85,000-140,000
