Established law firm is seeking a Trust & Estates Associate Attorney to add to their growing team! 

Trust & Estates Associate Attorney Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience in trust & estates,
  • Experience in trust and estates administration, estate planning, probate, gift tax, asset protection, succession planning, federal estate tax returns preferred
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills, ability to work in a positive and collaborative manner
  • Able to handle sensitive and complex client matters
  • Strong academic background preferred
  • Growth mindset with desire to advance in their career path
  • Ability to work well as a team member in a collaborative, collegial office environment
  • Licensed in MA in good standing
