Background Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in private civil litigation defense practice
• Practice areas of interest include personal injury defense, auto car accidents, slip and falls, general liability
• Taking depos, handling hearings or arguments
• Motions practice, dispositive motions
• Experience in state, federal and appellate courts
• Admitted in FL
