What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of recent experience managing real estate closings, including condo, parking garage, and complex commercial transactions.
- Detail-Oriented: Skilled in preparing, reviewing, and finalizing intricate closing documents with precision.
- Leadership & Teamwork: A take-charge attitude paired with humility, collaboration, and the ability to be an effective team player.
- Organization: Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
What You Bring
- Strong collaboration skills, seamlessly working with attorneys, lenders, and other parties in the closing process.
- Proficiency in real estate closing software, tools, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) as well as Adobe Acrobat.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
