What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of recent experience managing real estate closings from start to finish.
• Detail-Oriented: Expertise in preparing, reviewing, and finalizing closing documents with precision.
• Fast-Paced Environment: Proven ability to excel under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy.

What You Bring

• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
• Strong collaboration skills, working seamlessly with attorneys, lenders, and other parties in the closing process.
• Proficiency in real estate closing software and tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat.
