What We’re Looking For

Experience:

  • 3-6 years of focused experience in bankruptcy law, including representation of debtors, creditors, or trustees.

Expertise:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of Chapter 7, Chapter 11, and Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases.
  • Skilled in managing all aspects of bankruptcy filings, including drafting petitions, schedules, and plans.
  • Experience with adversary proceedings, including litigation and motion practice.
  • Proficiency in counseling clients on debt restructuring and insolvency matters.

Job Stability:

  • Proven track record of maintaining positions for 2+ years, showcasing commitment and dependability.

Strong Communication:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, courts, and opposing counsel.
