Job Description

Salesman Duties

  • Meet or exceed the sales and margin expectations for the assigned territory.
  • Using the necessary phone and field selling skills to sell our products and services to our customers.
  • Building strong customer relationships by maintaining sales contacts as required by the position.
  • Observing and implementing sales skills of other successful Sales Representatives in all aspects of the sales process to utilize skills necessary to succeed.
  • Demonstrating solid business sales acumen and professionalism to make a positive impact on all prospects and customers.
  • Drive sales growth through consistent daily effort.

     

    Sales Experience Required

  • 2+ years of sales experience - preferably in residential but commercial experience can be applicable as well
  • Experience with Residential Restoration materials and techniques
  • Must be comfortable with cold calling, as well as generating their own leads through in-person interactions
  • Positive attitude, Analytical in nature, Self-motivated, Ambitious, and a Team player

Compensation

  • Base salary depending on experience
