A local CPA firm is seeking an Administrative Assistant for a full-time position. This is a well-established professional CPA firm.
As an Administrative Assistant you will greet clients, manage a busy front desk, support staff and provide excellent internal and external customer service. QuickBooks and CCH product knowledge is a plus!
The essential job functions of the position include:
-Office Manager duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate must have a positive attitude and be able to work in the office five days a week.
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks are essential.
The position requires related experience working in external relationship management
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and flexibility
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
Self-driven individual, ability to work with minimal direction
