CNC Machinist / Setup Operator

A well established and growing family owned and operated precision manufacturing company is seeking skilled CNC Machinists who enjoys hands-on machining and wants to be part of a stable, team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities

• Perform CNC machine setups and operate mills and/or lathes
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Make tool changes, offsets, and minor program edits
• Inspect parts using precision measuring tools
• Maintain quality standards and tight tolerances
• Troubleshoot machining issues and improve cycle efficiency

Qualifications

• 2+ years of CNC machining experience preferred
• Setup experience strongly desired
• Ability to read blueprints and understand tolerances
• Experience with Multi-axis machines
• Comfortable using micrometers, calipers, and gauges
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
