Ag Inside Sales Position Open! in Bishopville

Job Description

We’re looking for Inside Sales Professionals to join a growing Ag Equipment team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys customer interaction, problem-solving, or a diesel mechanic wanting to move into sales, and being part of a supportive sales environment.

 What You’ll Do

• Handle a high volume of calls, assisting customers with parts orders & inquiries
• Build strong relationships by recommending the right products and solutions
• Support customers with returns, online orders, and follow-up service
• Collaborate with the team to hit sales goals and ensure customer satisfaction

 Compensation: $18–$24/hr (based on experience)

 Environment: Office-based, collaborative, customer-focused

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of customer service or sales experience (preferred)
• Strong communication & problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage calls, resolve issues, and build rapport with customers
• Detail-oriented and organized with a customer-first attitude
