About the Role

We’re seeking 1–2 Project Engineers with a strong background in civil or structural construction, ideally with experience in bridge or structural repair.

This is a traveling role, perfect for professionals who enjoy working in the field, collaborating with crews, and seeing tangible results from start to finish. You’ll play an essential part in coordinating field operations, maintaining schedules, ensuring quality, and supporting overall project execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Project Managers with planning, scheduling, and budgeting for bridge repair projects

  • Coordinate on-site activities, materials, and subcontractors

  • Monitor progress, ensure compliance with project specifications, and uphold safety standards

  • Assist with documentation, reporting, and project closeout activities

  • Collaborate closely with field teams to solve technical challenges and maintain efficiency


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)

  • 1–5 years of experience in bridge, structural, or heavy civil construction

  • Familiarity with bridge repair, rehabilitation, or structural concrete work preferred

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills

  • Ability to travel to various project sites throughout the U.S. (company covers travel, lodging, and per diem)

  • Commitment to safety and quality in every aspect of project delivery
