Our client is a respected civil construction contractor specializing in bridge repair, rehabilitation, and structural restoration across the United States. Their team is known for taking on challenging infrastructure projects that improve safety and reliability in communities nationwide.
We’re seeking 1–2 Project Engineers with a strong background in civil or structural construction, ideally with experience in bridge or structural repair.
This is a traveling role, perfect for professionals who enjoy working in the field, collaborating with crews, and seeing tangible results from start to finish. You’ll play an essential part in coordinating field operations, maintaining schedules, ensuring quality, and supporting overall project execution.

Support Project Managers with planning, scheduling, and budgeting for bridge repair projects
Coordinate on-site activities, materials, and subcontractors
Monitor progress, ensure compliance with project specifications, and uphold safety standards
Assist with documentation, reporting, and project closeout activities
Collaborate closely with field teams to solve technical challenges and maintain efficiency
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
1–5 years of experience in bridge, structural, or heavy civil construction
Familiarity with bridge repair, rehabilitation, or structural concrete work preferred
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to travel to various project sites throughout the U.S. (company covers travel, lodging, and per diem)
