Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records and reports
Support month-end and year-end close processes
Maintain compliance with financial policies and procedures
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and reconciliations
Qualifications:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (highly preferred)
2+ years of accounting experience (construction industry a plus)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency with accounting software and MS Office
