GPAC has partnered with a mission-driven Minnesota-based organization to identify their next Qualified Supervising Professional (QSP).

The organization is seeking candidates passionate about on helping individuals with autism reach their full potential. 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical supervision to a team of dedicated professionals
  • Develop and implement behavior therapy treatment plans
  • Conduct behavioral, functional, and psychometric evaluations
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records

Essential Job Functions:

  • Demonstrate knowledge of professional and ethical clinical standards
  • Utilize behavioral therapy techniques to promote positive behavior change
  • Conduct research and contribute to the advancement of the field
  • Communicate effectively with team members and families
  • Travel to worksites and offices using a personal vehicle

Skills:

  • State of MN licensure (LMFT, LICSW, LP, or LPCC)
  • Strong understanding of behavior therapy and ASD
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
