This is a unique leadership opportunity to oversee and grow a comprehensive home care program that supports seniors and individuals with disabilities across diverse communities. The role involves strategic oversight of sophisticated care operations, fostering quality service delivery, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and community partners.
Lead the In-Home Care program from strategic planning through operational execution, including staffing, scheduling, and resource management.
Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain high standards of care through continuous quality improvement efforts.
Manage and mentor a team of managers and supervisors across multiple regions.
Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, families, healthcare providers, and community organizations to enhance service impact.
Develop and manage budgets, monitor expenditures, and identify cost-effective strategies for service delivery.
Ensure culturally sensitive, linguistically appropriate services tailored to meet the diverse needs of clients.
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in home care or healthcare management, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
Deep knowledge of home care regulations, quality assurance, and best practices.
Proven ability to lead diverse teams and manage complex programs independently.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
