Job Title: Project Manager commercial wall systems and siding installations

Job Summary:

  • As Project Manager / Wall Systems you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of projects oversee and manage commercial siding projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, commercial wall systems and siding installations.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Project Manager:
    • Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
    • Acquire resources and coordinate the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan.
    • Define project objectives, scope, and resources, including staffing and subcontractor requirements.
    • Oversee the quality control throughout the project’s life cycle.
    • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and clients to ensure all aspects of the project are compatible.
    • Manage project budget, including billing and collections.
    • Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
    • Conduct site visits and report on project status to stakeholders.
    • Resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
    • Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager specifically in siding or related exterior finishes.
  • In-depth understanding of construction procedures and project management principles
  • Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards
  • Ability to learn and fully adopt Acumatica ERP/ project management software
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel
