We are seeking an experienced Social Security Disability Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join our dedicated legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Social Security Disability law, including handling cases from the initial application stage through administrative hearings and appeals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in Social Security Disability cases, including administrative hearings before the SSA.
• Prepare and file Social Security Disability applications, appeals, and motions.
• Conduct legal research and draft persuasive briefs in Social Security Disability matters.
• Communicate effectively with clients, medical providers, and vocational experts to support Social Security Disability claims.
• Advocate for clients in hearings before Administrative Law Judges in Social Security Disability proceedings.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Social Security Disability regulations and case law.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience handling Social Security Disability cases.
• Strong legal research and writing skills specific to Social Security Disability appeals and litigation.
• Experience representing clients at SSA hearings.
• Excellent advocacy and client communication skills.
• Licensed to practice law in [state].
