Your Day-to-Day:

• Prospect for new business using CRM tools, cold calling, emails, and other creative strategies
• Schedule and conduct calls or meetings with prospective clients to present our offerings
• Take ownership of the sales process from start to finish, ensuring seamless conversions
• Cultivate and manage a strong client base, ensuring exceptional service and continued business growth
• Partner with Account Managers and Insurance Carriers to deliver top-tier solutions
• Enjoy flexibility with a hybrid work schedule, balancing remote and in-office responsibilities

What You Bring to the Table:

• A minimum of 1 year in a sales role with a proven ability to convert leads into customers
• A history of exceeding sales goals and maintaining a driven, results-oriented mindset
• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License
• Comfort with cold calling, lead generation, and working independently to drive results
• A passion for delivering exceptional service and nurturing client relationships
