Commercial Rolling & Sectional Door Installation Technician

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Commercial Rolling & Sectional Door Installation Technician to join a team that specializes in installing and servicing commercial doors, operators, and dock equipment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and taking ownership of a job well done.


Key Responsibilities

  • Install commercial rolling and sectional doors, operators, and dock equipment

  • Verify jobsite conditions and ensure all work can be performed safely

  • Communicate clearly with contractors, supervisors, and building representatives

  • Perform minor framing adjustments or modifications when required

  • Maintain tools, equipment, and a well-organized work vehicle

  • Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and measurements accurately

  • Follow all safety procedures and participate in required safety meetings

  • Provide updates to the team regarding job progress, challenges, or delays


Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in installation, construction, or a related trade

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no DUIs, minimal points)

  • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work comfortably at various heights

  • Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions

  • Competent with measuring tools and basic math

  • Able to pass all screen's and check's

  • Willing to learn new skills and work collaboratively with a team


Compensation & Benefits

  • $20.00–$41.50 per hour, based on experience

  • Weekly pay with guaranteed 40 hours (overtime available)
