Construction Law Attorney (Litigation or Transactional)

An established top-tier commercial construction law firm, with a highly collegial environment, is currently seeking a Transactional Construction Law Attorney and a Litigation Construction Law Attorney.

Years of experience may vary from 3+ to 15+.

This is a full-time in-office position that comes with competitive base pay, incentivized originations, and a suite of employee benefits.

Experience with complex casework and/or transactions is desired. A passion for construction law is a ideal! 

The salary for this role will be market-competitive and commensurate with experience, with generous performance-based bonuses. 

Skills and Requirements:

• Applicants must be licensed in TX, in good standing, and able to work in-office
• Good tenure with previous firms
• Embracive of collegial law firm environment that values diversity and inclusion
• Desire to grow and advance with the firm over the long-term
• Ability to work alongside senior partners to assist with workflow as required
• Business development mindset valued additionally
