Responsibilities
The General Dentist will provide a full range of services, including:
Comprehensive exams, diagnoses, and treatment planning
Restorative dentistry (fillings, crowns, bridges)
Prosthodontics (partials, dentures)
Endodontic therapy for anterior, premolar, and molar teeth
Simple and routine extractions
Periodontal therapies and maintenance
Preventative care and patient education
Cosmetic procedures (whitening, veneers)
Accurate and timely patient charting
Collaboration with hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff
Commitment to patient comfort and high-quality outcomes
Qualifications
DDS or DMD degree from an accredited program
Active and unrestricted dental license (or ability to obtain)
DEA license and CPR certification (or ability to obtain)
1–3 years of experience preferred; motivated grads welcome
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with digital radiography and dental software preferred

Salary Range: Typically $170,000–$250,000+ annually, depending on experience and schedule (base salary or production/collections models available)
