Business Litigation Attorney | West Palm Beach, FL
A highly respected national law firm is seeking a Business Litigation Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join its West Palm Beach office. This is an outstanding opportunity for a motivated litigator to handle sophisticated commercial disputes within a supportive, well-resourced, and nationally recognized team.
What You’ll Do
• Represent clients in complex commercial and business litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Handle discovery, depositions, hearings, mediations, motion practice, and trial preparation.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery responses, and legal memoranda.
• Develop case strategy, evaluate risk, and provide clear, timely communication to clients.
• Work closely with partners and senior attorneys on high-value disputes across a broad range of industries.
What We’re Looking For
• Active member in good standing with The Florida Bar (or ability to waive in).
• 3+ years of experience in business/commercial litigation.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Deposition, hearing, or trial experience preferred.
• Ability to manage cases independently while collaborating effectively within a litigation team.
• Professional, proactive client communication skills.
