A respected Palm Beach law firm is seeking a Civil Litigation Attorney with 1+ years of experience to join its office. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven litigator with a strong academic background to gain hands-on experience and grow within a well-established, high-performing team.
What You’ll Do
• Handle civil litigation matters from case inception through resolution, including discovery, motion practice, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery responses, and legal memoranda.
• Conduct legal research and assist in developing case strategies with supervising attorneys.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team members.
• Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented litigation environment.
What We’re Looking For
• Active member in good standing with The Florida Bar.
• 1+ years of litigation experience (including Public Defender, State Attorney, government, or clerkship experience — all encouraged to apply).
• Strong academic credentials: competitive GPA, honors, Law Review, Moot Court, advocacy teams, or other notable achievements.
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Professional communication and a proactive, motivated work ethic.
