Associate Attorney – Plaintiff-Side Employment Law (Hybrid)

What You’ll Do:

• Represent employees in a variety of employment law matters, including discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage disputes.
• Assess potential cases with a discerning eye, ensuring alignment with the firm's mission and values.
• Develop case strategies, draft pleadings, and advocate for clients in court and administrative hearings.
• Engage in negotiations and mediations with employers and their legal teams.
• Work alongside a team of dedicated attorneys committed to making a difference in employment law.

What We’re Looking For:

• Plaintiff-side employment law experience (2+ years preferred).
• A strategic mindset with a passion for protecting workers' rights.
• Strong litigation skills, including motion practice, discovery, and trial advocacy.
• Ability to evaluate cases effectively and engage with clients in a meaningful way.
• A team player with the ability to work independently when needed.
