2nd Shift Production Supervisor – Dairy Manufacturing (South of La Crosse, WI) gpac is partnering with a long-established, high-quality dairy manufacturer seeking a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to join their leadership team. This company has delivered fresh, locally processed products for 30+ years and is looking for a motivated leader to guide a skilled team.
Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and develop production staff
Ensure productivity, efficiency, safety, and compliance on 2nd shift (Mon–Fri, 1pm–9pm)
Collaborate with other departments and management
Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with Maintenance
Oversee inventory and support continuous improvement initiatives
Communicate shift performance and resolve production issues
Qualifications:
3+ years of dairy manufacturing experience
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to operate production equipment
Experience with data management systems
Solid understanding of GMPs and food safety regulations
