Position Summary:
The Project Manager leads full project delivery including planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, subcontractor management, and coordination with design teams and owners. This role manages industrial/commercial projects ranging from expansions to new facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop project budgets, schedules, and logistics plans
Manage RFIs, submittals, and procurement timelines
Oversee subcontractor performance, scope alignment, and progress
Track project financials and cost forecasts
Coordinate with engineering teams and specialty trades
Lead progress meetings and maintain project reporting
Qualifications:
5–10 years PM experience in industrial or commercial building
Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and cost control
Able to manage multiple active scopes
