Lead onsite field operations from groundbreaking to turnover. Ensure schedule adherence, quality control, subcontractor coordination, and safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Direct daily subcontractor activities
Maintain 3-week look-ahead schedules
Conduct safety walks and daily logs
Oversee inspections and quality checkpoints
Qualifications:
5+ years commercial construction superintendent experience
