Qualifications
✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred (experience considered in lieu of degree)
✅ 3+ years of commercial or high-end residential field supervision experience (Required)
✅ Experience overseeing luxury custom homes a major plus
✅ Strong ability to manage subcontractors, daily site operations, and QC standards
✅ Deep understanding of architectural details, high-end finishes, and complex building systems
✅ Skilled at reading plans, coordinating inspections, and executing work to spec
✅ Professional communication and ability to work directly with architects, designers, and owners
✅ Proficient with construction management software, digital plans, and daily reporting tools

Key Responsibilities
• Lead daily onsite construction operations across ground-up luxury home builds (5,000–20,000+ sq ft)
• Direct, schedule, and supervise subcontractors to maintain workflow and quality
• Ensure all work aligns with project plans, specs, and luxury-level craftsmanship standards
• Oversee jobsite logistics, deliveries, cleanliness, safety compliance, and inspection readiness
• Work closely with Project Manager on schedule, budget awareness, procurement, and change coordination
