Commercial HVAC Project Technician

A high-level mechanical contractor is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Project Technician to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled technician who takes pride in quality work, values professionalism, and thrives in a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and troubleshoot commercial HVAC systems with a focus on quality and timeliness
• Communicate clearly and positively with clients, coworkers, and vendors
• Complete daily reports and keep the project team informed — no surprises
• Deliver high-quality work that results in zero call-backs
• Build strong relationships with clients and team members
• Use technology to enhance performance and communication

Qualifications:

• MIMIMUM 5 Years of HVAC Experience - REQUIRED
• Experience with installing and servicing:
  • Packaged/Split DX units (air & water cooled)
  • Chillers, Pumps, Towers, Boilers
  • Control Systems, VAV Boxes
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Valid Drivers License with clean record. and proof of Insurance
• Must be able to understand service agreements, and warranty agreements
