Traveling Superintendent – Industrial Construction

A highly respected industrial contractor is seeking a Traveling Superintendent to join their growing team! With a strong backlog of nationwide industrial projects, they are looking for a Superintendent who can hit the ground running and lead crews across multiple states. Traveling Superintendent Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all onsite construction activities across industrial project sites

  • Manage subcontractors, field personnel, equipment, and schedules

  • Ensure strict compliance with safety standards and project specifications

  • Coordinate closely with project managers, engineers, and owners

  • Maintain a clean, efficient, and productive jobsite from start to finish

  • Regular travel to project sites across the U.S. is required

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on industrial construction projects (e.g., manufacturing, distribution, energy, or processing facilities)

  • Strong knowledge of concrete, steel, mechanical, and electrical scopes

  • Proven track record of completing large-scale projects on time and within budget

  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills

  • OSHA 30 certification required; additional safety training a plus

  • Willingness and ability to travel consistently and stay on location as needed
