We are seeking an Estimator to effectively identify market to and manage prospects. 

The Estimator is responsible for generating new business and maintaining existing relationships and builds market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.

The position purpose is to lead efforts and assist the company in growing our footprint, and gaining market share.

Position Requires

• -5+ years experience of estimating experience 
• -Managing projects ranging from 50k to 700k from preconstruction to close out 
• -Responsible for performing document reviews, quantity takeoffs, and delivering competitive pricing for General Contractors
• -Providing Value Engineering suggestions to the client with the goal of optimizing the design and reducing costs
• -Reviewing and negotiating contracts and pricing
• -Preparing and reviewing project submittals
• -Pricing and negotiating change orders
• -Managing timelines and balancing client demands to deliver projects on-time
• -Monitoring project costs and updating P&Ls
• -Attend subcontractor coordination meetings with clients/GCS to ensure quality installation and proper sequencing
