Location: Fort Lauderdale / South Florida

Position Overview

Our client, a South Florida civil contractor, is looking for a mid-level Sitework Estimator.

Responsibilities

• Perform takeoffs for earthwork, grading, drainage and utilities
• Build estimates and bid proposals
• Collect and level sub and supplier quotes
• Support project teams on awarded work

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sitework or civil estimating
• Takeoff software experience
• Solid understanding of site development
• Mid-level estimators encouraged to apply

Compensation

• Base salary: $80,000 - $115,000
• Strong benefits package
• Permanent, long-term role
