Qualifications

  • Four-year degree from an accredited university within the construction, engineering, or business concentrations preferred but not required
  • 5+ years' experience in residential construction management
  • Previous experience in a project management role with the ability to execute multiple projects and/or simultaneously
  • Ability to organize necessary resources, including people, tools, and time to meet tight deadlines and achieve desired results
  • Manage budgeting, estimating, purchase orders and equipment rentals
  • Properly secure building permits and/or certificate of occupancy
  • Foster positive relationships with colleagues, clients, subcontractors, and vendors
  • Extensive knowledge of homebuilding process
  • Monitor project process by coordinating with on-site Superintendent to ensure project is built on schedule and within budget
  • Experience with Microsoft applications, and ability to learn new construction management softwares if needed
  • Strong desire to be successful and surrounded by like-minded individuals with a passion for high quality work and career advancement
