Location: Buffalo, NY

Position Overview

Our client, an established foundation and marine contractor, is looking for a Foundation Estimator / PM to join their team in the Buffalo, NY area. This is a permanent, full-time role.

Responsibilities

• Estimate and bid projects, then run the work you win
• Perform takeoffs and build proposals
• Manage budgets, schedules and change orders
• Work with field crews, owners and GCs

Qualifications

• 5+ years in estimating and/or project management
• Ability to read plans and specs
• Strong cost control and communication

Compensation

• Base salary: $90,000 - $115,000
• Strong benefits package
