Job Description

A respected general contractor in DFW is hiring a Project Engineer for K-12 projects. You'll support new schools, additions and summer renovations for growing school districts.

What You'll Do

• Manage submittals, RFIs and document control
• Support buyout, scopes and subcontractor coordination
• Track schedules and help plan work around school calendars
• Attend owner and subcontractor meetings and keep clear minutes
• Support closeout, punch lists and turnover

What You Bring

• 1–3 years of project engineering experience with a general contractor, or a recent construction degree
• Interest in K-12 or public work
• Working knowledge of Procore or similar software
• Strong organization and communication
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or related field preferred
