Full-Charge Bookkeeper

The Opportunity Join a growing residential construction firm seeking a Full-Charge Bookkeeper to take full ownership of day-to-day accounting operations. This is a key role supporting leadership with accurate financials and job cost visibility.

What You’ll Do

• Manage full-cycle bookkeeping (AP/AR, GL, bank reconciliations)
• Process payroll and maintain employee records
• Handle job costing and track project financials
• Prepare monthly financial statements and reports
• Manage vendor payments, lien waivers, and subcontractor compliance
• Assist with budgeting and year-end close

What You Bring

• 5+ years of bookkeeping experience (construction preferred)
• Strong knowledge of job costing and construction accounting
• Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, Foundation, etc.)
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently
