***NEED OUTSIDE SALES WITH A HUNTER MENTALITY URGENTLY***

Experience with property management is a HIGHLY preferred!

 

NO FIRE PROTECTION INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED 

We are partnered with a well established Fire Protection Company that is urgently looking to add a highly motivated Outside Sales Rep with a Hunter Mentality, to their team.

This will not be consultative sales! This will be going after winning first contracts for net new accounts. This company prides themselves on their reputation and their commitment to delivering the highest quality fire solutions to their customers. $65k-$75k base plus quarterly bonus' and uncapped commissions can easily put your OTE over $100k

Outside Sales Requirements:

  • Experience: 4-7 years of property management and/or outside sales experience (Required).  

  • Mentality and Approach: We want HUNTERS (NOT FARMERS) with a self-starter mindset and attitude (plan on being in-office only 1 day per week)

  • Experience in F2F B2B meetings and opening net new accounts is preferred

  • Pipeline and territory management, be comfortable working within a CRM to stay organized and maximize your production and efficiency

  • Full benefits, company vehicle or vehicle allowance provided, cell allowance provided as well
