A respected, growing law firm is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join its Products Liability practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented legal professional looking to work on complex litigation matters within a collaborative and flexible environment.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys through all phases of litigation
• Draft pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and discovery
• Review and summarize medical records, depositions, and case documents
• Prepare trial exhibits and assist with trial preparation
• Coordinate depositions, hearings, and expert witnesses
• Manage case files, deadlines, and document production

Qualifications

• 1+ years of litigation paralegal experience
• Paralegal degree/certificate or equivalent education and experience
• Strong organizational, communication, and proofreading skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software
