Audit Senior Manager

Location: Coral Gables, FL (or Fort Lauderdale, FL)

Overview

A large national accounting and consulting firm is seeking a highly motivated Audit Senior Manager for its Coral Gables or Fort Lauderdale, Florida practice. This hybrid role offers extensive client contact across commercial industries, with limited regional travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage audit engagements for commercial clients in South Florida
• Serve as a primary client contact and maintain exceptional client relations
• Supervise, develop and review the work of audit seniors and staff
• Ensure engagements meet professional standards, budgets and deadlines
• Support business development efforts
• Contribute to training and professional growth of the local audit team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
• CPA required
• Significant public accounting audit experience at a manager or senior manager level
• Strong client relations skills; business development skills a plus
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment with limited regional travel
