Job Description

A growing ag operation is seeking a results-driven Agronomy Sales Representative to join their team. This role focuses on selling fertilizer, crop protection products, and seed to area growers. If you enjoy building relationships and delivering agronomic solutions that help farmers succeed, this is the role for you.

Location: Northeast region of Nebraska  

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships in a defined sales territory

• Recommend agronomic solutions including seed, fertilizer, and crop protection products

• Coordinate with operations for timely product delivery and application

• Monitor crop progress and provide follow-up support throughout the season

• Stay informed about industry trends, technologies, and products

Preferred Qualifications:

• BS in Agronomy/crop science/agribusiness/other related field of study OR equivilant professional work experience

• Background in agronomy, ag sales, or crop consulting preferred

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset

• Valid driver’s license; clean driving record
