Lateral Partner Position - Boutique Firm
An established top-tier commercial law firm in Dallas (with offices in Houston and Austin), boasting a highly collegia and collaborative environment, is currently seeking lateral partners to work into their sucession plan as top partners at the firm reach retirement over the course of the next 3-7 years.
The firm recognizes the importance of work/life balance, and has a steady stream of sustainable work flowing in from a growing client base.
Experience with complex casework and/or transactions will be considered a plus. The salary for this role will be top market and competitive - commensurate with experience, and accompanied by generous performance-based bonuses and full benefits suite. Business development and portables are incentivezed.
