Location: Flint / Genesee County, MI

Position Overview

Our client, an established concrete paving contractor, is looking for a Concrete Paving Prep Foreman to join their team in the Flint / Genesee County, MI area. This is a permanent, full-time role.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day field operations and crews
• Manage schedule, safety and quality on site
• Coordinate subs, deliveries and equipment
• Report progress to the project manager

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field supervision
• Strong safety record
• Ability to read plans and lead crews

Compensation

• Base salary: $90,000 - $120,000
• Strong benefits package
