The Materials & Equipment Manager oversees equipment dispatching, procurement coordination, tracking, and material delivery planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage equipment inventory, usage, and maintenance schedules
Coordinate material deliveries with superintendents
Maintain tracking logs for equipment allocation
Forecast equipment needs based on project schedules
Qualifications:
4+ years in construction equipment or material logistics
Strong organizational and communication skills
