Position: Outside Sales Representative

Reports To: Director of Sales & Marketing

 Responsibilities for Outside Sales Representative:

As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll play a crucial role in selling Construction and Solid Waste services to commercial accounts in your assigned territory. (Sprigfield/Branson) Key responsibilities include:

- Executing strategic cold calls to secure appointments and showcase our services.

- Utilizing sales productivity software tools effectively.

- Conducting post-meeting follow-ups to nurture prospects.

- Crafting and presenting compelling sales proposals.

- Managing post-sale administrative tasks for smooth service implementation.

Qualifications for Outside Sales Representative:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience.

Skills and Abilities for Outside Sales Representative:

- Goal-oriented with strong time management skills.

- Proficient with computer tools.

- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
