Construction Project Manager

Are you a seasoned Project Manager with a passion for leading residential construction projects to success? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Residential Construction Project Manager to join our team and oversee a diverse portfolio of high-value projects. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all phases of construction from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Project Manager Responsibilities:

  • Manage residential construction projects ranging from $5 million to $15 million in value.
  • Coordinate all aspects of project execution including scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor management, and quality control.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to achieve project goals.
  • Travel up to two days per week on average, as required by project needs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Commercial General Contractor with a stable employment history.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed to project sites within and outside of Tulsa, Oklahoma.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP) would be an asset.
